Anger Management Classes

Anger Management classes focus on learning how to use appropriate healthy anger instead of behaviors which escalate into rage and often lead to physical confrontations with loved ones. We instruct clients in ways to modify previously learned behaviors and how to address violent tendencies developed in childhood.

Anger Management classes teach additional conflict resolution and self-evaluation skills and includes the following curriculum:
